Move Media ushers in 2014 with the FIFA World Cup in Brazil and more

Written by

The year 2013 certainly brought with it a fair share of challenges, but overall is was our best year yet. We would like to thank all our clients, production staff, crew, suppliers and family for being there with us all the way.
But enough of the old, 2014 has begun with speed. We would like to welcome Candice Woodbine to the team as our Production Coordinator who will be focusing on the many new projects we have lined up as well as expanding and managing our current client base. Candice comes with a 5 year background in marketing and we look forward to having her vibrant energy and diligence within the team!
We finished last year with The Heavyweight Explosion boxing event with a jam packed bill that included 2 WBF African title belts on offer. The one hour highlights package goes out on e.tv on the 17 January after the 8 o'clock movie. We have a contract to do another 23 live events over the next 24 months and will keep you all updated on a monthly basis.
Then the BIG one this year is a contract with ESPN as an A2 in Brazil for the FIFA Soccer World Cup in June. CEO of Move Media, Mark van Hoff, will be a part of the team that delivers the World Cup to the screens of ESPN viewers worldwide. He was also part of the ESPN team that delivered the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
As proud part of the Caban Group of Companies, we are very excited for what the coming year has in store for both Move Media and the Group. We wish all our old and new clients, production staff, crew, suppliers and family all the best for 2014.
Move Media offers smart, flexible, budget-sensitive solutions across all forms of video and audio media.
