Having been in operation for only six months, Caban Investments Ltd has declared a net profit of R1 685 890 with an earnings per share of 1.5 cents. The current share price is 8 cents with an annualised earnings yield of 38%. Caban Investments Ltd today announced the registration of two new companies that will be based in the United Kingdom. Operating out of London, the new companies are Caban Capital PLC, which will be the holding company for the Caban Group, and Caban Investments UK Limited which will duplicate the unique entrepreneurial model we developed in South Africa.As the holding company for the group, Caban Capital will be used as a platform to expand the Caban business model worldwide – we have already received qualified enquiries from the US. As a part of the expansion process we will replicate the main service providers within the Caban Group and launch them in the UK as joint ventures with British businesses. Water is vital for all known forms of life. While 71% of Earth is covered with water, only 2.5% of the Earth's water is fresh water, and 98.8% of that water is in ice and groundwater. This leaves less than 0.3% of this vital resource readily available to sustain life. Additional factors such as drought, pollution and poor water management further decrease the availability of potable water.Historically it has been assumed that South Africa’s water supply is limited but of a high standard.
